Kahikatea Estate

The first eco-sensitive development of its kind in the Coromandel. Kahikatea Estate is an ecological preserve specially designed to create a harmonious blend between a superb lifestyle and environmentally friendly living, with minimal impact on the land.

The development is comprised of ten 3,000m² sections, 5 minutes drive from Pauanui Township, with a common area of 27 hectares which features lakes, boardwalks, river access and plantings of around 16,000 native trees and plants including 2,500 Kahikatea trees.
